All new and existing BEMER partners are eligible to take part in the Founder's Challenge. Every BEMER partner automatically takes part in the Founder's Challenge.
Target Achievement: the target is considered to have been achieved if the participating BEMER partner sells a total of 12 sets during the campaign period and has acquired at least 6 new partners with the level BP (sign up
with device) in the 1st line. The 6 SignUps with a device may be included in the 12 sets sold.
Sets from the Fast Start Programs that have already been sold will be credited towards the Founder's Challenge target.
Prize: A weekend trip to a destination chosen by BEMER. BEMER will pay for the journey (e.g. economy class flight tickets) and accommodation including breakfast in a hotel selected by BEMER; BEMER will also pay for
dinners in locations selected by BEMER including pre-determined drinks, as well as the costs for day activities booked by BEMER.
The invitation is only valid for the winner. A cash payment is excluded, and the trip cannot be postponed to future Founder's Challenge events.
Where BEMER partnerships are comprised of several people, BEMER will cover the costs for one person; the remaining people registered in the BEMER partner account at the start of the promotional period can only take part in the event by means of a multiple qualification (e.g. the first person to arrive if at least 12 sets and 6 SignUps are sold; the second person to arrive if at least 18 sets and 9 SignUps are sold).
Other persons, relatives and guests are excluded from the event and cannot participate in the event for an additional payment.
Winners are obliged to report credits and non-cash prizes for tax purposes within the framework of the applicable national laws.
